Still searching for older protagonists

When I started this website, I had hoped to review other novels with older protagonists on a regular basis.  It has been difficult to find that outside of the murder mystery or foreign authors lauding unreal ventures for centenarians.  I have found a couple interesting prospects. In the next few weeks I hope to review both:
